Question #5900056

Is there legally anything I can do to get a picture off?

I do promotional modeling on the side, usually getting gigs through friends or craigslist; I was looking at agencies when one I supposedly signed up for online sent me an email of several "agencies" that were hiring. I browsed all the websites of the companies the email contained. One stood out immediately. Half way down their page there's a picture to a link reading "search models" and there is a picture of me and 3 other girls at a maxim event we worked at. I am almost positive this company did not staff this event and also I was working this event from a friend that just brought me along, so I personally did not get staffed by this specific website/company. Also I'm certain the photographer whose credits are cropped out of the picture definitely didn't allow the website owner to use the picture. I think this website is a scam website, has great pictures and promises to work with the top companies but has no following on any social media? and besides that is using a picture with myself in it and I don't even work for the company...false advertising? What can be done if anything at all?
