Will i be able to get a scholarship for track or cross country?

Okk so i really want to be able to get a scholarship for either track or cross country but idk if my times are good enough. My 5k time is about 22 minutes but by next season im gonna try and bring it down to 18-19 minutes. Is that good enough for a scholarship?? Please helpp
