what type of birth control help a hormonal imbalance without weight gain?

i dont believe in birthcontrol but have a hormonal imbalance so i need it ive been taking pills and its becoming too much for me i have a fear of gaining weight needles and anyone seeing me naked. i just want to stop taking them but if i do i will get deperessed and on the verge of suicidal honestly no types of birthcontrol are right for me what else can i do
