please answer, just worried about my rash?

I used to have egzcema on my back legs but my skin doctor said to take bleach bathes daily and it made most of it go away..its been hot since last month and lately my back legs been itchy... Is it because of the heat? I do take creams for my egzcima too. Please be nice.
