Applying for your first job?

I was just going to ask other people what did they do when they got their first job? What are the steps you took? Did you fill out an application online? Did you go to the place and do it? Do you need a resume? How did the interviews get set up? Or what was the process? Where do you start if your wanting to get your first job.
