I want to play games I torrent on a ps3. How do I go about doing this?

I want to play games I torrent on a ps3. How do I go about doing this? The firmware is the newest one. Also what happens if an update comes out, does it just remove my jailbreak or whatever? Also would I be able to just put the games on a flash drive or on the ps3's hdd, or would I have to burn it on a blu ray disc? Also what is the rogero cfw?
