How do you force yourself to throw up?

I can't throw up with my fingers, not with a tooth brush, I can't even throw up when I gag... Please help me on this! How do I force myself to throw up? I'll do anything! And please.... Don't tell me it's wrong and I shouldn't do it, I know.
