12 weeks and my taxes are still being processed?

i filed electronically on feb 7 2013 and its still only being processed and not accepted. my taxes were very straight forward, pretty much all i did was enter my w2 from work nothing special or difficult, and i double and triple checked it to make sure its good. i tried calling the "contact us" phone number from the irs website and all it is is an automated system where you can only check the status of the return just like on the website. is there a number i can call to speak to an actual person about this or what should i do?
