In United State, why is woman permit to leave kitchen?

Why you permit to womans to leaving the kitchen?? Very bad way this is. Bad mannerism this is. In my country, woman must stay inside kitchen until she makes sandwich for man. When she make sandwich for man, she STILL stay in kitchen! Servant boy must bring sandwich to man! This is proper way. This is way of Allah. It is written in Quran. America society no is good.
