Can I wear a hoodie in 66 degree weather?

When I'm going to be out with friends, I'll be partially inside, partially out, for a few hours. The degrees that it will be during my outing is 56, 64, and 67. The low is 47-50 and I get cold REALLY easily. I usually wear hoodies and I live in Colorado. Is this ok or will I look weird? Thanks
