Has anyone ever been to a Starbucks job fair? Or a similar job fair?

So I got a call for an invitation for the Starbucks job fair on Tuesday "based on my qualifications I put on my application" (in Chicago, IL if that helps). I was wondering if anyone has ever been to a Starbucks job fair or interview? Or something similar? I've never been to a job fair but I'm really nervous about group interviews if that's what they're going to do. I'm nervous as it is for one on one interviews but I feel like group interviews will shoot my chances down more :( Since I don't have much experience. Help? Tips?
