Does the dryness get worse while on Accutane?

I've been on Accutane for little over a month now. Starting at week two my skin was VERY VERY dry. It was like that for the next two weeks. In the last four days or so, the dryness isn't anywhere near as bad as before. Is this normal?? Will it get worse again?? Does it last the entire treatment??? FYI: I'm not using any moistureiser.
