Professional web designer ? I need help..?

Ok, I've gotten a website for a phone app, 4pics1word, and the game constantly updates, so therefor there is 500 more images to upload to my website, I've been typing link by link manually and it gets boring :/, What I wanted to do was find an easier way? Some sort of program that would scan the directory of the pictures and create the tags for me.. Or if someone would help me create a upload section and make it upload to a directory and input the tags to the correct page? Some advise here would be appreciated! And if you have a good answer that will work I will donate to you with respect.
