how do I get someone personal belonging when they moved out and left them behind.?

I had a roommate that moved out but not completely. Some of her belongings are still in the room. Since she moved across the street she comes from now and then take one or two items. Her time is up on the 15th of this month. What are my legal options to get all of her belongings out of my apartment?. I don't believe I need to evict her, she is moving out but then I believe she is playing her little game. What are my options?.
