Which apartment to rent?

Im stuck between these 3 apartments for my boyfriend and I. (And one dog) Apartment 1- $45 admin fee $35 each application 300 pet deposit 575 rent + electricity. Include washer and dryer. Apartment 2- no admin fee $45 each application 250 pet 645 rent, all bill paid, free wifi No washer/dryer Apartment 3- no admin fee $50 for both apps 300 pet $449 rent + electricity Not too sure on washer/dryer I need to move in asap, not sure which would be best. Opinions??
