Where can I buy a kabôsy / kabosa / kabosy?

I'd REALLY love to be able to make or buy one of these awesome instruments, but there's no online shop as far as I can tell, and there are no design specs. But SOMEONE's got to make them. Any info at all would be greatly appreciated! :)
