Question #6800062

nerve damage from bowling?

Should start by saying I'm just a causal bowler (and a pretty rubbish one at that, never been taught the proper technique so I throw the ball rather than roll it) I went bowling (tenpin bowling) with some friends yesterday afternoon, first time in years. After the 3rd game I noticed my ring finger (right hand) had gone numb at the tip. It's been 24 hours now and it's still completely numb, and quite an unpleasant sensation to touch. I think I pinched a nerve or something, does anyone know how long it takes to heal?
