Is watching ***n video on internet harms you ?

I am 20 years old B.Tech student. When i am alone and really get bored I WATCH **** on internet .Is it legal in india. I am no addicted to it but sometime i do watch these things. Is it harmful ? if yes ..please tell me how to get out of it ..do all boys of my age do such things ? I feel guilty after watching these videos sometimes . I generally watch softcore **** videos . please help me
