How do I hide this from him?

I am a sixteen year old boy and my boyfriend is nineteen. Just an hour ago we got into a huge fight. When he gets angry he tends to be abusive. He hit me and left a few bruises and scratches. As well as forced me to loose my virginity to him. How do I hide these bruises and scratches? This is the nineth time and I think my dad is starting to get suspicious. I can't keep making up lies, so how do I hide them until they heal? What is the best way to get them to heal?
