Am I pregnant? What are some other signs?

A couple days ago I was bleeding for 3 days durning ovulation. I looked it up and it could be implantation bleeding or ovulation bleeding. The bleeding was pretty light for the most part and it was pinkish and red. I have also been tired more, have had back aches and have been a lot more hungry than I normally I am. What signs should I also look out for?
