Little blood when I sneeze and in my mucus help?!?

I've felt a little sick today and I've had strange tummy cramps that don't well like period type cramps. The cramps are a little uncomfortable and this morning i noticed a little blood when I was sneezing a lot and in my mucus there was a little red blood (not a lot though). I don't know if it's because I feel onto my stomach and elbows last night but my chest is a little tight when I breath but there is no wheeziness. I feel a little sicky and I am feeling quite warm. Anyone know what's wrong with me and could it just a be the start of a slight cold?
