I have a mirena iud. i have had it for a year now and it stopped me periods within 2 months after insertion.?

I'm just wondering what are the signs that its failing or moved or is perferating my uterus. My mid wife that put it in also help deliver my daughter and I had to have a c-section and now I live in oklahoma and my doctor is in ohio.one of my biggest thing is with have a c-section could it have healed in my uterus as i was healing from it. I just would like a few answers please and thank you.
