what is the best place to buy an email list, or a way to send emails without a list?

I want to send at least 500 emails a day and eventual be sending 5000-10,000 a day with a program, with my affiliate/referral link in the email. I am 15 and want to make some money. anyways where should i buy an email list. Also any help or suggestions to help me with my affiliate/referral program or any ideas of how this will work out for me. Thank you in advance...
