bicycle hybrid sizing- help?!?

ive checked size guides for ladies hybrid bike and it suggests 18''' bike( what im looking at only size they do for one i like) is for people between 5 foot 5 - 5foot 8 - bike is for 5foot 1 - will this still be ok? or no chance!
