HOW DO YOU INTEGRATE 1/(x-2)^2 ??!?!??!?

apparently it becomes just 1/(x-2) HOW??? WHY?!?! why don't you use ln if it is a fraction?? my stupid edexcel maths book doesn't explain anything -____- please help and explain it, I will award 5 stars & best answer thanks!!
