Is this a bad situation to be in with my boyfriend?

My boyfriend always talks about himself and never ever asks about me. When i'm feeling really sad or upset or i'm talking about my day he would brush over what I just said and continue talking about what he was saying as if he didn't even notice... he is very smart and has ADHD but when ever I say something intellectual he would take into account of what i'm saying and ponder over my opinion but if I said something like my is so horrible or I feel fat or I did really badly in a test and I feel really bad about it he would ignore what I just say but at most if I mentioned about doing badly in my exam he would just say oh well things happen
