Help! My dog just got a puppy cut from an idiot groomer!?

I went on vacation for a week and boarded my 2 1/2 year old newfoundland at her doggie daycare. The facility also has her regular on site grooming. At the end of the week I always have her get groomed before I pick her up. I told them give her a bath and a trim and to shave her in areas she might have mats. I went to pick her up and they had shaved her all over. I couldn't beleive it. WHY!?! Why as a professional groomer would you EVER shave a newfoundland! Now she has no insulation for the summer heat. Even if I was a dumb owner and said yes give her a puppy cut you should have at least tried to explain why that was a stupid idea. My question now is there anything I can do to make her more comfortable. She is stopping and scratching herself constantly. She looks miserable. I'll try anything. Thank you.
