Does this Pisces guy like me?

Well I met him around a month ago at a party, which the first time I met him we were all pretty out of it. But apparently he was stroking my hair and like cuddling me all night. Another time I met him he was being really sweet and looking after me and we were talking for ages, but he was trying to convince me to get with his friend, because his friend likes me. Then I saw him a couple of nights ago at another party and we ended up cuddling and talking all night together. He was like I really like hanging out with you we should more often and stuff. But he hasn't spoken to me since then, I really like him but I don't know if he's interested or not. What do you think? What should I do next?
