Leg issue. Help please?

If I walk, most likely someone will laugh or tell/make fun of me because of how I walk. I walk straight, and I walk like everyone. I did go to a physical therapy thing, and I had weaker legs but I became stronger. She said so herself! But they still tell me I walk funny. I do notice my leg will twist when I walk. It will go to where my foot turns toward the right completely, but I twist it back and walk normally. Still people laugh. Why does my leg twist like this?
