Youtube upload speed help?

When I try to upload videos on YouTube, it takes me hours to do it and then It doesn't even upload by the time I am off. i am pretty sure it is my internet which is supposed to be the fastest in Oman, Omantel. Is it just my computer, video, internet, or what is it? Please help me. P.S: I have cisco
