Help:Tan, Acne, Girly style?

(using my boyfriends yahoo) okay so I would like to dress a little girly because I just wear jeans and a boy shirts and really no jewelry and my hair is just plain straight. so it would be cool to wear girly dresses and tops. Though since I have worn nothing but t shirts I have a bad farmers tan in fact my whole body is pale-ish except my arms. and I have acne on my shoulders, chest and back. what should I do for my tan, acne and places to go to get cute clothes.thank you(:
