Found a mice in my flat?

Hi, I found a mice in my flat and just can not find any hole to let it came through. I then set a Rat Trap for a few days but the mice just ignore the food I put in the Trap. Can you tell me what is the food most attractive to a mice? Do you think the mice still in my flat? Thank you in advance.
