How do you upload videos to youtube?

Hi this is a stupid question but im geting a samsung hmx f80 .... Which looks like a normal video cam.... I was wondering how you get videos onto computer (youtube) ... Do you have to remove sd card and somehow get into computer? Or can you plug cord from computer to cam?............................ ALSO!!! On go pros people attach ski poles to go pro to hold them.... Are there any accesesories that you can do that on cams like mine??? Im going to be filming longboard video
