Im looking forward to root my samsong s3 mini device but i cant find an easy root solution ..?

s3 mini GT-181900 ,android 4.1.2 , 18190xxama2 option 1 ) i install a full software for my phone and i found this one so far "I8190XXAMA1_I8190XAAMA1_4.1.2_rooted_only_by_infected_V3.rar" and not sure if it would work for my phone .. for that i want to backup my software befor i do that ... so how do i backup my software ? (btw if you have a better rooting software please share) option 2 ) i cant find any easy crack root to s3 mini GT-181900 .. do you know where can i find one ? of there is a better way to root my phome please share :)
