Can I get HIV from this? 10 bonus points for all who answer?

So, this morning I was eating fries from yesterday from BurgerK. I noticed, after eating it halfway, that there was some red specs on a fry. These frys were 10 hours old, (they were from yesterday) Keeping that in mind, can I get AIDS/HIV or any STI/STDs from this?
