Question #7700123

Why do I have tension in my hands?

Lately I have a lot of tension in my hands, wrists, and forearms in both arms. I do play a lot of Call of Duty on the PS3. Because of this I think I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, except for I don't feel any pain in my hands, but sometimes my wrists are a little achy. If you don't really know what I mean by "tension," its the same feeling you get in your legs when you have been sitting for down or standing up for a long time and you need to move your legs around. It's really annoying because I feel it all day long, not only when I'm playing PS3. But when I do play PS3 it gets even worse. I would like to go back to playing video games sometimes because I have a youtube channel I'm trying to maintain. It would be great if anyone could help me out, Thanks!
