Really bad pain in my stomach?

First of all I have no fever at all. I have really bad pain in the low left and right area on my belly. It's hard to describe the pain it feels like someone is hugging me really tightly that I can't move. It hurts to stand up and even when I lie down I have pain. I am not hungry.I tried eating but it only made it worse. My mother said it's probbably an expired food situation. So I drank water all day and maybe ate a apple or two. But the pain doesn't really change... My stool is very liquidy and light green almost white. I can't even sleep ,it's 4:45 AM... Any tips? Sorry for the long post. P.S I am going to see a doctor later today.
