What is the law for underage drinking in your own residence in NE?

I'm 20 and I was wondering if I drank alcohol in my own home and the cops showed up, would I get in trouble in Nebraska? Also if they ask WHERE I got the alcohol, is it legal if my parent supplied it but wasn't home at the time, and another person who was over 21 was there(but didn't supply me the alcohol? I hope that makes sense! I've been wondering this for awhile, thanks!
