I Lost My Progress on a Sony Vegas Project! Can I Restore What I Did?

So last night I started making this Sony Vegas project. Today I came back from shopping and worked 2 HOURS on it. Then suddenly, IT CLOSED ADBAFBGFNJGF. When I opened Sony Vegas, I went back to where I last saved. I lost 2 hours worth of complicated animating. Please. I need answers ASAP! How can I restore my progress if it's possible???
