Help! I have a sick family?

my dad works, but he watches his TV all the time and ignores everyone. My mom has a short temper because she has to deal with my dad's temper, look after my grandmother, and mom is so sick in the head she keeps shouting I have autism. I don't know what to do? I want to become a translator (I speak spanish) and get the heck out of this place. Advice Please.
