How to get rid of deep scars from cutting?

I regret this so much. But I have scars on my wrist from cutting. It has been like 4 or 5 months since I have cut. But the scars are pink..I don't want to have to buy anything to get rid of them, so is there any natural way I can do to make them go away? Even if they're just less noticeable that would be great. Please help!
