How to Match 3 columns in 2 different worksheets to obtain a product code from a 4 column?

We have two Microsoft Excel worksheets, within each worksheet we have 3 of the same columns with the same data. In one worksheet there is a fourth column which we need placing into a column within the 2nd worksheet? To do this we need to somehow cross reference the 3 columns in both sheets to pull the data from the 4th column of sheet one and drop into a column in sheet 2? Can someone can help by providing an example or example of formula?
