Can I get anything to stop my period whilst im on holiday?

I am currently taking the micronor pill, but I need something to stop me getting my period while im away on holiday. Ive been reading about norethesterone, and im not sure if I can use this if im already taking the pill. If I can, do I stop taking my micronor pill whilst im using the other one?
