Any way to play PS2 games on a PS3 (version 4.31 / 111GB)?

Wanted to play Kingdom Hearts again and I don't have my PS2 readily available, but the more research I do the less likely it seems that I can play it on my PS3. I have version 4.31 and 111GB HD. Any way to accomplish this at all?
