Web development prices?

okay, so i was asked to put together a website for a client. They said that i would be supplied all the site elements in a .ai file. Then i would take that and do the css and such in DW. I just graduated high school and this is my first web design client. Im just not sure how to charge or what to charge, site have said from $50 a page to $75 and hour. thank you.
