How long does it take for an increase in Wellbutrin dosage to take affect?

My doc recently upped my dosage of Wellbutrin from 300 mg's to 450 mg's because I was having some major depression issues for the first time in a while... Is the affect of an increase in dose immediate, or does it take a while to kick in? Thanks!
