1990s or 2000 Movie Name Help!?

There is a movie which is old but i forgot the name of it. It had a rich dad who hires a Grown Man as a babysitter and the kids don't like the babysitter because he is tough and do many pranks on him such as launching him in a green swimming pool. The rich guy or kids get kidnapped and the rich guy hid a chip in his daughters teddy bear something to do with a rocket company he owns. So the babysitter has to go save the family. I know this does not help but its all i can remember. Thanks
