Why did instagram disable my accountt?

I really don't have any idea why instagram disabled my account,I was just about following someone and it just randomly took me back to my homepage without signing out,and when i tried signing back in,it said my account had been disabled because i voilated the terms,which i did not,because i dont have any nasty pictures,every picture i posted are all decent,please instagram i just want my account back @misstobi
