Having hemorrhoid problem?

When I use the bathroom, even when it happens soft and normal. When I wipe. There's blood sometime. And I feel there is a little hemorrhoid, but it doesn't hurt or anything that much, I can just feel it. Its been happening a lot lately. Why does this happen?
