Is brandy melville cheaper in the U.S or europe?

Apparently it originated in italy and they have more than 40 stores there so it should cost more if they bring it to the U.S. but they said that "For instance, clothes are priced using a fake “euro” where one euro equals one dollar." DOes that mean the clothes are cheaper in the US or Europe? Thanks!
